Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms are between you and Zora Software LLC, which makes ZoraMaker. By creating an account you agree to them, and to how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.

Free early access

ZoraMaker is in early access. That means:

Your account

Your content is yours

Your designs, files, pictures, product details, costs and records belong to you.

You give us only the permission we need to run ZoraMaker for you:

We don't use your content to train AI and we don't sell it.

You're responsible for having the right to what you upload. That covers design files and their licenses: if a design's license says you may not sell what you make from it, that's between you and its creator. ZoraMaker's license notes are there to help you remember, not legal advice.

Acceptable use

Don't:

We may suspend an account that does these things. Unless it's urgent, we'll tell you why first.

Storage

During early access a new shop starts with 5 GB of file storage. If you need more, ask us at support@zoramaker.com and we'll raise it. If you go over it, we'll ask you to free space or, once plans exist, change plans. We won't delete your files without warning.

Numbers are estimates

ZoraMaker works out costs, stock, "could make" counts and profit from what you enter. They are only as good as that information. An unknown cost is shown as unknown on purpose. Check important figures before relying on them for prices, taxes or business decisions.

Ending your account

No warranty; limits

ZoraMaker is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Zora Software LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here and update the date. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Keeping on using ZoraMaker after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
