Accessibility

ZoraMaker is for every maker who sells what they make - including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom or large text, or who see colors differently. We want the app and this website to work well for all of them.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA - the international standard for accessible websites - in the ZoraMaker app (app.zoramaker.com) and on this website.
How we check
- Every new version of the app is checked automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA on every main page, in the light and the dark theme, together with the pages of this website. A version with a problem the checks find is not released until it is fixed.
- Automatic checks can't find everything, so we also test the main tasks with only a keyboard, with screen readers, and zoomed in.
- You can choose a Light, Medium or Dark theme on the app's Sign-in & security page.
What we know needs work
- Scanning with the camera needs to see a barcode. You can always type the barcode or search instead.
- The picture tools (mirroring a decal, color pictures, glamour shots) are visual by nature. Sizes and colors can always be typed in as numbers and names.
- Pages from other companies - signing in with Google, or picking files in Google Drive - are Google's own pages; we can't change how they work.
- ZoraMaker is still in early testing, and our test with screen readers is still under way. We will update this page as we learn more.
Tell us about a problem
If something in ZoraMaker or on this website is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us - we want to fix it. Email support@zoramaker.com and say which page and what happened. If you need anything from ZoraMaker in another way while we fix it, ask and we'll help.
